_____Book Review_____

Dark, gripping, mind boggling and crazy. Those are the best words to describe the second book in the ‘Chaos Walking series’ by Patrick Ness. I couldn’t possibly have read this book fast enough, in fact this series is so addicting I don’t understand why I haven’t finished it yet. If you haven’t read them yet either, what are you waiting for and why are you looking for spoilers (just kidding :P).
There were a lot of twists, turns, and an astounding amount of backstabbing and character growth. It was incredible what happened in this book, amazing to see how you could trust absolutely nobody despite the fact that you can hear almost everyone’s thoughts.  It was astoundingly twisted and dark and gritty for a young adult novel. There was so much death and pointless violence and anger twisting through the pages changing everyone and everything into people they probably thought they would never be.
It was so interesting seeing the characters change and how they developed, interesting to know what makes them tick and what their hopes, fears and dreams were. The backstories, the complete and utter betrayal they inflicted and the random hero’s that you weren’t expecting.
I’m extremely excited, ecstatic, over the moon in want and need for the third book. I enjoyed this book oh so much and I am thinking that the ‘Choas Walking series’ will probably be one of my all-time favorites at this point. I have never been more invested, more involved and more in love with characters like I am with these books. They’re just that good, that detailed and well developed. There are no plot holes that I can find, or have noticed or maybe cared about because this story is so amazingly good.
I don’t even know at this point who are the good guys and who are the bad guys… I don’t even know if there are any good guys (except Todd of course)
Pick this book series up, I honestly don’ think it’s possible to regret it!
